Oberon leather journals are bench crafted from tanned, domestic cowhide and paired with hand cast pewter buttons. The leather cover slides over a smythe sewn, blank book insert bound with heavy-bond sheets of recycled paper. A lined template sheet is included for use in straight-line writing. All Oberon leather and pewter products are handcrafted in their studios in Santa Rosa, California. Quality is outstanding.
